    MyCardInfo will be retiring for personal cardholders on August 19, 2024 and will be replaced by CardWise. There is no change for cardholders with a business credit card. Please download any required past statements from MyCardInfo before August 19th, as the statements will not be transferred to CardWise. Click here to learn more.

    We’re making changes to four (4) service fees beginning July 1:

    • Registered plan transfer-out fees (RRSP, RRIF, TFSA and FHSA)
    • Wire fees (outgoing, incoming, amendment, trace, remote instructions* and cancellation)
    • Bill payment trace fee
    • Mortgage renewal administration fee

    * Available to Business Banking members. All other members, please visit your closest branch to facilitate wires and inquire about remote instructions. Updated fees apply.

    Please be advised that beginning May 31, Interac Online Payments (IOP) will be decommissioned by Interac. As new payment methods like e-Transfers have gained popularity, Interac has made the decision to retire IOP as its usage has significantly decreased.

    What does this mean for you?

    Starting May 31, this service will no longer be available for online transactions. Several alternative payment methods are available including:

    • Online Bill Payments (e.g., CRA): Set up bill payments directly through online banking.
    • Interac e-Transfer: Send and receive money quickly using Interac e-Transfer.
    • Credit Card: Use your credit card for online purchases. Most online retailers accept major credit cards.
    • PayPal: Link your bank account or credit card to a PayPal account for seamless online payments.
    • Pre-Authorized Debit: Set up automatic payments for recurring bills without the need to manually repeat the payment each time.

    As a result of this change, many online vendors have already started accepting the alternative payments options listed above. Please update your preferred payment method(s) for any upcoming transactions to avoid any disruptions if you have previously used this service.
