Self-serve telephone banking

Our self-serve telephone banking service offers a convenient and secure way to complete your banking from anywhere.
*Please note this service is only available for personal accounts.

You'll need your:

  • Membership number – you can find this on your statement, in online banking or by contacting us at 1 888 440 4480.
  • Your Telephone Banking access code (5 digits)

You can access telephone banking by dialing 1 877 739 4199.


Please note you will only hear options relevant to your Prospera products and services linked to your individual profile. We encourage you to have your own unique telephone banking access code as a safeguard for your personal account information. Access codes should not be shared with others, including joint account holders.

You can use self-serve telephone banking to:

  • Check your account balances
  • Check recent transactions in your account
  • Pay your bills or cancel a pending payment
  • Transfer money within your accounts
  • Reset your access code
