Our five employee resource groups (ERGs) play a vital role in recognizing diversity, advancing inclusion and promoting well-being within our organization and communities.
- Eagles: our newest ERG dedicated to Indigenous team members, their loved ones and allies.
- PossAbilities: a group for employees and family members with disabilities.
- Prospera Pride: a group for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and allies.
- Prospera Women’s Network: a group open to all who identify as women, with men welcome to join as allies.
- Tapestry: a group dedicated to multiculturalism and newcomers to Canada.
Our DEI Council is a voluntary, employee-led team dedicated to championing DEI at Prospera. We celebrate diversity, we respect and value people for their differences, and we’re committed to identifying and removing barriers to ensure all people have an equal opportunity to succeed.
