    Report a lost or stolen card

    It’s important to act quickly if your Prospera debit card or credit card is lost or stolen. Tell us right away, and then arrange to get a new card so you can get back to the fun stuff in life.


    Debit card missing? Contact Prospera immediately.

    Report online

    1. Log in to online banking.
    2. Click “account services.”
    3. Click “lost/stolen debit card.”
    4. Fill out the required information.

    Call the Member Service Centre at 1 888 440 4480 during business hours
    (Monday to Friday 8 am – 8 pm, and Saturday 9 am – 5 pm).


    Get a replacement debit card

    Now that you’ve reported your lost or stolen card, you need a new one. Choose how you get it based on how quickly you need your replacement card.

    Receive by mail
