A year of positive momentum for our members
One welcome change this year has been the reduction in interest rates, bringing much needed relief to many members managing mortgages and loans. We also made significant investments to enhance your digital experience and ensure that your personal and financial information is protected. While we have much more to do, these advancements are just a few of the ways we’re making banking with Prospera easier, safer and more accessible—now and into the future.

Supporting our community
At Prospera, our commitment to community is foundational. In 2024, we invested more than $1 million into initiatives that uplift the communities where we live and work. Our partnerships with organizations like Archway Community Services, KCR Community Resources and Special Olympics BC are a few examples of how we strive to make a meaningful impact on local business, health and education.

As we look ahead, we’re excited to introduce new initiatives that support your financial goals. From expanded access to personalized financial advice to continued investment in our digital services, we’re committed to offering solutions that meet your needs. We’re also inviting all members to a complimentary Financial Health Check in early 2025—a tool to help you assess your current financial needs and uncover opportunities.
