Biography
With more than 20 years of HR experience, Stefanie is responsible for employee relations, talent attraction, employee engagement, learning and organizational development, compensation, benefits, pensions, disability management, HR data analytics and information systems, in addition to occupational health, safety and employee wellness. She also oversees the change management office at Prospera.
Prior to joining Prospera in 2014, Stefanie was with Finning International for over six years, where she worked in a variety of HR leadership roles. Before that, she worked as an academic and program advisor for the Gordon Albright School of Education at City University of Seattle. Stefanie started her HR career in the Netherlands as an HR consultant at Axum, a firm specializing in leadership assessments for educational institutions.
Stefanie holds the Chartered Professional in Human Resources and Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources Management designations and is Prosci certified. She is a program advisory committee member for the Ascenda School of Management and sits on the Board of Directors for Do Some Good. Stefanie holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Tilburg in the Netherlands and has an MBA degree from City University of Seattle.
