To access telephone banking you'll need your:
- Membership number – you can find this on your statement, in online banking or by contacting us at 1 888 440 4480.
- Your Telephone Banking access code (5 digits)
You can access telephone banking by dialing 1 877 739 4199.
Please note you will only hear options relevant to your Prospera products and services linked to your individual profile. We encourage you to have your own unique telephone banking access code as a safeguard for your personal account information. Access codes should not be shared with others, including joint account holders.
